Marco Island Single-Family Home

Status: In-Progress

Tucked away in the Hideaway Beach Community of Marco Island, this corner lot will boast a 3,750 sf, two-story, residence with 4-bedrooms/5-bathrooms. The home includes a large open-floor plan, great room, large master suite, office, elevator, large outdoor patio, outdoor kitchen, four car garage with two garage doors, pool and more. The community amenities include a 9-hole golf course, tennis, pickleball, a gym, pools, a brand new 40,000+ square foot sports center facility currently under construction, a recently renovated club house, three restaurants, beach access and a designated preserve. The development is currently in its design and entitlements phase.  

Gables Pointe Townhome

Status: Completed

Gables Pointe Townhome is a complete renovation of a 1,270 sf, 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome. Originally built in 1986, the townhome is  centrally located with easy access to Coral Gables, Downtown/Brickell, South Miami, Pinecrest, Kendall and more. 

Kendall Subdivision

Status: Entitled

E10 is an exquisite residential project, nestled on a prime +/-3.8 acre site, located on the West side of US-1 on Kendall Drive (SW 112th Street). The development encompasses a nine lot, (9) single-family home subdivision with a private road. Each lot designed to accomodate luxurious residences spanning approximately 3,500 sf. 

BROWN ESTATES

Status: SOLD

Brown Estates is a masterfully planned, 15 home community. The community is nestled below a beautiful tree-top canopy of mature oaks, offering luxury 4-, 5- and 6- bedroom, single-family residences, ranging from 5,000 to 6,500 sf. The project was sold with Site Plan Approval prior to commencement of construction. 

THE PRESERVE AT FELLSMERE

Status: In Progress

The Preserve at Fellsmere is a 380+ acre parcel of land located along the North Bound Lane of I-95, exit 156. The project consists of +/- 80 acres of commercial and residential land, comprised of 15 commercial parcels, 204 multi-family units, 100 town homes, 120 single-family homes, a County Fire Station and a public dog park. The remaining acreage will consist of preservation/ conservation area with a number of walking trails, biking trails and public outdoor activities. The development is currently in its development/pre-construction phase.

KENDALL SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE

Status: Entitled

An elegant, 6-bedroom, two-story, single-family home located within the Kendall neighborhood, designed by architect Robert Lara. This residence will boast a large second floor master bedroom, a large great room and kitchen, pool, pool house, and two-car garage. 

PINECREST SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE

Status: In-Progress

A wonderful, 3-bedroom/4.5-bathroom, modern style home, designed by architect Robert Lara. The home includes a large home office, a den, four car garage, a large great room, an entertaining room, a large patio, pool and pool deck, along with a spacious backyard. This development is currently in its pre-development phase.

COCONUT GROVE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE

Status: Completed

A 2-bedroom/2.5-bathroom, hidden oasis in the heart of Coconut Grove. This two-story townhome is located in a private community surrounded by beautiful native greenery private. This renovation and addition will boast an open floor plan with a large second floor master bedroom, two-car garage and a designated boat slip with immediate ocean access. 

KENDALL SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE

Status: Entitled

A 5-bedroom/5.5-bathroom home, designed by architect Robert Lara. The home encompasses an outdoor courtyard, a large home office, great room, two-car garage, large covered patio, pool and pool deck, pool house and spacious backyard. This home is currently in its design and pre-development phase.

COCONUT GROVE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE

Status: In-Progress

A 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, uniquely designed, +/-1,800 square foot, 1960’s, single-family home renovation and pool addition. This project is in its development and construction phase, with a projected completion in 2025.

MARCO ISLAND SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE

An impeccable, 6 bedroom/7 bathroom, 6,000+ square foot, luxury, single-family home. Located on a golf course, this home is nestled in a private community. The home includes two master bedrooms, a large great room, a basement game/movie room, two multiple car garages, a pool and patio deck, along with a number of other community amenities. This project was completed in 2019.

PINECREST SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE

Status: Completed

A beautifully designed 4 bedroom/5 bathroom, 8,000 square foot, luxury, single-family home, positioned to take full advantage of the more than 12 mature oaks that previously existed property. The home includes a large great room, a formal dining room, a gym, a pool, laundry room, two car garage, and 30,000+ square feet of spacious yard. This project was completed in 2020.
