Nicholas Font is the Founder and President of Craft Development Group. As President, Nicholas is primarily responsible for the firm’s strategic growth and all development activities. Nicholas identifies and creates opportunities that are aligned with the company’s strategic plan of investing, acquiring, and developing high-value real estate in and beyond South Florida. Nicholas is a licensed member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), whose previous work includes development management and consultant work. Mr. Font graduated cum laude from the Phillips School of Business at High Point University, and holds a Masters in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami School of Architecture.
Lucas de la Hoz
Director of Development
Lucas de la Hoz began working for Craft Development Group in January 2023 and serves as the Director of Development. In this capacity, Lucas is responsible for overseeing entitlement operations, site selection, asset management, zoning and platting. He procures and analyzes market research, demographics, trends and other key metrics to determine project viability and feasibility.
Prior to joining Craft, Mr. de la Hoz worked as an Assistant Project Manager at a real estate development company specializing in multi-million-dollar investments. Projects he worked on included: land development, commercial, multifamily, and retail. Additional responsibilities as Property Manager overseeing a diverse Real Estate portfolio with $100 million in assets under management.
Mr. de la Hoz is currently seeking a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University, majoring in Finance with a minor in Construction Management.
